Senior Quantity Surveyor Paragon RS have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established Building Department. We are looking for a commercially minded and experienced Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take on a senior position, managing the commercial performance of a varied portfolio of building projects from pre-construction through to final account. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with the estimating, construction and project management teams, you will play a key role in protecting margins, managing risk, maximising value and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. You will also provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the commercial team. Key Responsibilities Pre-Tender Assist the estimating team with the preparation of cost plans, budgets, estimates, bills of quantities and tender documentation. Assist with the review and evaluation of contract conditions and associated contractual risks. Identify, assess and advise on commercial risks and opportunities.
