Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Ongoing

Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

TurnerFox Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy customer service team supporting online retail campaigns.

This is an ongoing temporary position expected to last for at least a few months.

The role will involve providing excellent customer service to online customers, predominantly through an online ticketing system, along with occasional telephone enquiries.

Customer Service Advisor duties will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries online ticketing systems and email
• Handling occasional inbound customer service calls
• Dealing with queries relating to online orders, deliveries, products, returns and refunds
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Keeping customers updated and ensuring queries are followed through to resolution
• Supporting busy e-commerce campaigns and peak periods
• Accurately recording customer communications and actions

For the role of Customer Service Advisor, We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within e-commerce or online retail
• Experience using a customer service ticketing platform - Re, Freshdesk or similar would be particularly advantageous
• Excellent written communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Good attention to detail and strong IT skills
• The ability to manage a busy workload and respond to customers efficiently
• A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
