is a leading privately owned Building Services Consultancy and we have a permanent vacancy and opportunity for a Trainee Revit Technician based within our Leeds Office.The Role:

The successful candidate will provide technical support working collaboratively in a multi-discipline team consisting of Buildings Services Designers, Building Physicist and Document Controllers on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fully co-ordinated design for installation purposes, RIBA stages 0 to 5.Duties will include:

Produce both 2D drawings and 3D models with our team of Building Services EngineersModelling and drawing co-ordinated Building Services i.e., ductwork, pipework and electrical services using REVIT MEP and AutoCAD SoftwareRevise and update models/drawings as requiredLearn and follow BIM protocolsCreate and amend Revit MEP Families, Objects, Tags, AnnotationsCreate legends, schedules and templatesLiaise with clients, professional teams, contractors and staffPreferred Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Interested and confident to ask questionsOrganised with a flexible attitudeResponsible, punctual, reliable and hard-workingProblem-solving abilitiesGrade 4 or above (grade A-C) in Maths and EnglishInterest in the Construction Industry and Building ServicesKnowledge of AutoCAD is an advantageBenefits:
