Job Type: New build housing site
Payment: Weekly CIS

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket (blue card preferred)

• Right to work in the UK

• UTR number (CIS setup)

• Previous residential site experience

• Own transport preferred (due to site location)

• Operating telehandler to support bricklayers, roofers, and groundwork teams

• Safely unloading/loading materials on-site

• General plant checks and maintenance reporting

• Working closely with the site manager and trades
