Manufacturing Operations Manager Intro This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of manufacturing performance, financial results, and team development within a regulated environment. Key Areas of Responsibility Lead and direct day-to-day manufacturing operations to deliver safe, compliant, on-time and cost-effective production aligned to customer demand and business targets. Own full profit and loss responsibility for the manufacturing area, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, operating expenses and capital investment. Drive operational excellence by deploying lean manufacturing principles, daily management systems, standard work, problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve performance targets across safety, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency and engagement. Establish, track and review operational performance metrics; identify trends and implement corrective actions to close gaps against agreed targets. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, quality and environmental health and safety requirements, including active leadership in internal, external, corporate and regulatory audits.
