Multi-skilled Engineer, Food Manufacturing, Leeds, South Yorkshire As this leading successful food manufacturer continues its dynamic growth journey, it has an opening for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their Engineering team based in Leeds, South Yorkshire. This role is Monday Friday 40 hour working week, working 8-hour rotating shifts, 6.00am 2.00pm and then 2.00pm to 10.00pm. There is no weekend working or any requirement to work nights. There is the opportunity for paid overtime. You will be responsible for Planned Maintenance, reacting to breakdowns, size changes, and fault finding on a range of processing and packing machinery (mechanically and electronically), and includes providing guidance and support across a very busy food manufacturing facility. About You Essentially having a good and competent level of manufacturing experience providing engineering support in an FMCG/Food/Beverages processing factory; experience within a large industrial plant is a must. Ideally you will be electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent. Skillsets will include; Working with single phase and three phase systems Competent in electrical fault finding in panels, 3 phase motors, inverters, relays. Basic fault-finding knowledge of PLC''s Good mechanical skills - knowledge of pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes.
