Landscape Maintenance Team Leader Location: Wickford Hourly Rate: 13.00- 14.00 p/h Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-16:30About the roleWe are looking for someone who can lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites, including show homes, construction sites and podiums - managing a number of operational teams. The role involves day-to-day team leadership, planning and allocating work, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.Required Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a Maintenance Team Leader or similar supervisory role.Strong knowledge of horticultural and grounds maintenance practices.Full UK driving licence (towing license desirable).CSCS card is essentialPA1/PA6 spraying certification preferred.Experience with ride-on mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and other powered equipment.
