What you’ll be doing: Sales Support Administrator

• Processing customer orders and supporting the sales team
• Updating customers with order and delivery information
• Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries
• Maintaining and updating records and systems
• Providing general admin support across multiple teams

What we’re looking for: Sales Support Administrator

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers (Excel or similar is a bonus)
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset
