As the first point of contact for homeowners after they move into their new property, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities• Contact new homeowners to congratulate them on their new home and introduce yourself as their dedicated Customer Care Coordinator. • Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries, maintenance requests and snagging issues. • Coordinate repairs, ranging from minor defects to more complex maintenance concerns. • Liaise closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved promptly. • Build strong working relationships with site teams and homeowners to achieve positive outcomes. • Visit developments when required to meet with homeowners and discuss any concerns in person. • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing regular updates. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outstanding works. • Handle complaints ..... full job details .....
