Purchase Ledger Team Leader

E and M are currently supporting a global business who are looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Team Leader to their busy transactional finance department. Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager and responsible for managing up to 4 PL Clerks, you will be tasked with overseeing the timely processing of all AP duties. - Processing and devliering supplier payments on time - Handle escalated queries - Day to day training and development of team - Management of team inc holiday requests, sickness and performance related tasks - Set and manage own teams KPIs - Work closely with PL Manager and other TLs to ensure efficient AP department - Month end close duties To be considered for the role you must have demonstrable experience in a Team Leader role or be time served as a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk.
