We are on the lookout for a
Dedicated Receptionist and Hospitality Assistant
to join our amazing Rapport team, predominantly based near
Monument
and
Liverpool Street
stations. You will be working within a prestigious law firm, where guest services are more than just a smile-they are essential to the experience. You will be the face of the company, making sure every guest and partner feels welcomed, valued and looked after with outstanding care, every time.
This is a role for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a warm approach to every interaction. You will be part of a supportive

Type of contract:
Full-time, Permanent
Hours:
40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM)
Location:
3 days per week at our client''s offices.
The remaining days, you will support our Network Team as a Corporate Mobile Receptionist

Main responsibilitiesGreet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalismEscort guests to meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage, and comfortSupport with bookings, guest requests, and meeting room coordinationHelp set up and clear down rooms for meetings and eventsProvide hospitality support, including catering and event setupAnswer phone calls and manage inboxes with clarity and confidenceBe a proactive, present member of a high-performing reception teamAdopt a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required, and/or potential shift/location changes
