Technical Team Leader£50,000 - £70,000 + car allowance, bonus, private healthcare and other great benefitsFull Time/PermanentWorcestershire/with travelThe Company My client is a well-established, yet growing network service provider and Cisco Premier Partner based in Worcestershire.The Role I am looking for a driven Technical Team Leader to lead a team of Network Support Engineers and ensure smooth delivery of technical support services maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.The Technical Team Leader will oversee day-to-day Service Desk operations, ensuring incidents and requests are handled efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. You will play a key role in developing team capability, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across support processes.This is primarily an office-based role in Worcestershire but will also require ad-hoc travel to client sites.The PersonThe ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
