Your new company has built an enviable reputation within the local construction industry for the delivery of high-quality build projects over a wide and varied range of construction in both public and private sectors. They offer a wide range of services to the Residential, Educational, Commercial and Health Care sectors. Established over 25 years ago, they continue to grow and develop and therefore now require a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team. Your new role Reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the cost management of a range of projects, including maintenance frameworks, as well as refurbishment and fitout works. It will be your responsibility to provide weekly reports on cost management and the progression of each project to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. As a person, you must be organised and hands-on in order to be capable of managing several projects at different stages at any one time.
