Our super client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As Business Development Manager, you will support the growth of our clients new sector development as they move to the next phase of their growth as an organisation.  You will be responsible for building new and strengthening of existing business relationships across a defined client base, planning and delivering account management, preparing proposals, business reviews and representing the organisation at client meetings and presentations.  You will deliver internal training and presentations to strengthen product knowledge and understanding, ensure engagement with internal senior level team members to ensure service delivery to clients.

To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager, you will have a minimum of 3 years business development / account management experience ideally with damage restoration / insurance industry sectors, with experience of selling specialist / complex services with initiative and self-motivation.  You will need to be based quite centrally in the UK.  You will have a strong and proven track record of effective negotiating and influencing new business.  You will have strong commercial acumen, with excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.  You will ideally hold professional business-related qualifications.  You will have a can do attitude and a flexible approach.  You will also be happy for national travel across the UK with the occasional overnight stay.
