This role handles day-to-day procurement tasks, resolves invoice issues, manages supplier relationships, and drives continuous process improvements, including opportunities to work with AI tools and business automation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier and Order Management: Manage supplier relationships, support sourcing, handle new part setups, and negotiate solutions.Data and Problem Solving: Conduct data analysis, resolve invoice grief, and improve operational metrics.Process Improvement: Participate in project management initiatives, drive automation, and support safety, compliance, and lean procedures.Travel: Up to 10% UK or European travel for supplier or customer visits, as required.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience or strong awareness in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.Top Skills: Strong negotiation skills, data analysis, and sourcing experience.Software: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
