Success Recruit are currently working with a dynamic and employee-owned multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Essex who are continuing to grow and are excited to be recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and proactive Quantity Surveyor with 4-5 years'' industry experience looking to further develop their career within a supportive consultancy environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of Education, Residential and Healthcare projects, with values ranging from £250,000 to £50 million, whilst taking ownership of projects throughout the full project lifecycle.Working within a client-side consultancy, this varied role offers exposure across every stage, from early cost planning and procurement through to contract administration, project delivery and final account.
