Learning Support Assistants

to join their teams from September 2025. This is an ideal opportunity if you have a genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and want to make a meaningful impact in their education journey.Whether you have previous experience or are looking to start your career in education, this role offers valuable, hands-on experience in a classroom setting.Responsibilities

Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs

Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities and classroom tasks

Supporting students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social-emotional challenges

Encouraging student participation, independence, and confidence

Helping manage behaviour positively and professionally

Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

Is passionate about working with young people, particularly those with SEN

Has a patient, empathetic, and calm approach to support

Communicates clearly and confidently with students and staff

Is reliable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team

Has experience in education, care, youth work, or SEN support (desirable but not essential)

Is committed to learning and growing within a school environment
