Fraser Edwards is working in partnership with a well-established property management company to recruit a reliable and experienced Self-Employed Tradesperson. This is an ongoing contract role focused on carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void social housing and landlord-managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks in both tenanted and vacant residential properties
• Attend scheduled appointments for reactive repairs and planned works
• Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard across various trades
• Ensure work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and customer service expectations

Core Trades Required:

We are actively seeking professionals with skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Multi-Trade Maintenance
• Plumbing Repairs & Installations
• Electrical Repairs & Minor Installations
• Gas/Heating System Repairs (including fault-finding & servicing)
• Drainage Maintenance & Unblocking

Requirements:

• Proven experience in domestic maintenance across multiple trades
• Strong knowledge of working within social housing or private rented sector properties
• Clean UK Driving Licence
• Own Van and Full Set of Tools
• Must be comfortable working in both occupied homes and void properties
• Good communication and customer service skills
• UTR number required (CIS payment)
