Specialising in helping businesses to get the very best out of their premises, they are experts in space planning for office and storage environments to help their clients achieve a comfortable, safe and highly efficient working space. Due to their continued tendering success with both new and existing clients they are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their busy and vibrant team on a permanent basis. The Candidate You will ideally have a number of years previous experience of working for a principal contractor as a Contracts Manager or maybe Site Manager looking for the next step up, with a varied portfolio of projects that you have been involved in previously, ideally encompassing mezzanine floor projects along with refurbishment / fit-out projects. You will be diligent, computer literate, confident and have the ability to lead site teams. You will have a confident approach to your work and be able to get on with people from all walks of life and be pro-active in your outlook.
