Installation Operative

Location: Speke, L24 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (30‑min unpaid break) 
Contract: Temporary with a strong chance of becoming permanent 
Pay: £12.78 per hour overtime 
Start Date: ASAP 
Requirement: Mandatory drug & alcohol test

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team that builds, refurbishes, and prepares modular cabins used across a wide range of industries.
No plumbing or carpentry qualifications are required - just basic DIY ability, a willingness to learn, and a positive, can‑do attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Prep cabins for painting and finishing
• Fit windows and doors
• Carry out basic plumbing tasks
• Use power tools safely
• Install panels, replace flooring, and handle general repairs

• Basic DIY confidence
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in joinery, plumbing or electrical work is a bonus, not essential

• Full training provided
• Daytime hours, Monday to Friday
• Strong chance of going permanent
• Learn valuable, transferable trade skills
