First for Education-are seeking-a Primary Teacher to support a small primary school in Redditch,-supporting pupils-in Year 3.
This is a full-time position until December 2026, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within a supportive and well-structured school environment.-

-Primary Teacher role requirements:-

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)-
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons-
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills-
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching-
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing-
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply-

The-successfulPrimary-Teacher will:-

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress-
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies-
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment-
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership-
