Description As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for local operational teams who deliver the day to day aspects of mains laying and new suppliers to developers of all types and sizes. You will provide project management - ensuring that the work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to our Client''s expectations. In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is critical to Severn Trent. You will ensure that work is carried out in a manner which builds the confidence of developers and adopts a ''right first time'' approach. Recognising developers have paid for mains laying and new supplies to their site / property, you will work proactively with Project Managers to build a baseline plan and overcome obstacles so that the dates given to developers are adhered to. Satisfaction of developers is measured through a new regulatory measure called D-MeX. You will work closely with Severn Trent to influence a dramatic improvement in the D-MeX measure and show leadership skills to genuinely care about the ratings Developers give of Network Plus''s services.
