Must Be Healthcare Professionals 

We are seeking Registered Nurses (Adult), Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists and Paramedics to join our team as Functional Assessors.

Salary: £39,500 - £41,500 

Location: AYLESBURY
(Hybrid & Homebased opportunities available depending on location)

Contract: Permanent – Mon to Fri. FT and PT hours available.  

What You’ll Do: 

• Support individuals applying for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) on behalf of the DWP.
• Assessments: Evaluate how a variety of health conditions impact individuals’ daily lives during phone and face-to-face assessments.
• Reports: prepare high-quality, evidence-based reports using your clinical expertise.
• Support: Treat every individual with empathy, respect, and professionalism throughout their assessment journey.
• Location: 2 days out of 5 per week at the assessment centre

What We’re Looking For:

• Full registration with the NMC (Registered Nurse) or HCPC (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic).
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to assess & report findings effectively.
• IT proficiency & ability to work independently.
• Compassionate & professional approach to patient care.
