This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Aftersales Director, driving performance across the UK retailer network through data analysis, reporting, operational insight and continuous improvement initiatives. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for monitoring aftersales performance across the retailer network, producing management reports, coordinating business reviews and helping identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, service performance, warranty operations and parts sales. Working closely with regional teams, HQ departments and retailer partners, you will provide the analytical insights and operational support needed to ensure the aftersales function continues to grow and perform at the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Support the Aftersales Director in reviewing regional and departmental performance reports. Monitor key aftersales KPIs including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue and parts sales.
