The Role: As Team Leader, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the injection moulding department, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety. You''ll lead a team of technicians, oversee machine set-ups, tool changes and process optimisation, and play a key role in reducing waste, improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Technical and Quality teams, you''ll also be involved in new product trials, root cause analysis, performance reviews and ensuring smooth communication across shifts.
