Role: NOC Team Leader Salary: £50,000 Location: London Duration: Permanent Key Essential Skills: 5+ year experience as a hands on NOC Team Leader Strong experience working with Control-M (batch monitoring) or other job management tools Extensive experience in NOC operations, including monitoring tools (SolarWinds) and incident management. Experience working in a technical role within an Managed Services environment. Experience of managing shifts to ensure full cover, ideally with 24/7 experience. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (eg, LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP). Proven capability in endpoint management and troubleshooting. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. Strong leadership and team management experience. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. An ability to explain technical content to non-technical audiences. Desirable Skills: Knowledge andamp; Support of Wintel systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.). Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL Foundation Certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or equivalent Wintel certifications).
