If you have a proven sales track record and a passion for medical devices, this role is for you. Full product training will be provided, though prior medical device experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Use cold calling, events, and marketing strategies to generate new business. Pipeline Management: Manage and report on sales pipeline via CRM, updating senior leadership bi-weekly. Market Expansion: Research trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Brand Development: Increase company visibility and drive revenue across the product portfolio. Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions. Partnerships: Nurture existing partnerships and uncover new opportunities. Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and provide training as needed. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in medical devices. Track record of sales growth in an SME or mid-tier tech company. Driven by exceeding targets and earning commission. Strong lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face customer experience. Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
