The successful candidate will oversee operational delivery, compliance, stakeholder management, contractor performance, and facilities teams while driving service improvements across multiple locations. Facilities Management Lead the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites. Manage building operations, contractor performance, cleaning, security, and soft services. Develop facilities policies, procedures, and operational standards. Support new facilities projects, refurbishments, and estate developments. Build strong relationships with landlords, service providers, and key stakeholders. Health and Safety Lead health and safety compliance across the estate. Develop and implement health and safety policies, risk assessments, and procedures. Manage audits, inspections, incidents, and corrective action plans. Deliver training and promote a positive health and safety culture. Chair health and safety meetings and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
