Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

The Role As a Production Operative, you will:

• Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts to ensure outstanding quality.
  
  
• Prepare mouldings and bond boats in alignment with the production schedule.
  
  
• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, and flow coating for bonded boats.
  
  
• Participate in sub-assembly production and offer training to new team members as needed.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to strict Health & Safety policies.
  
  

• A solid educational background, with 2 years of experience in a similar role or a qualification like an Engineering BTEC Level.
  
  
• Proficiency in using workshop power and hand tools.
  
  
• A practical mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
  
  

• A can-do attitude and the self-motivation to work independently.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
