Assisting class teachers in creating an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment. Helping students engage with the curriculum and access learning at their own pace. Supporting individual behavior plans and promoting positive behavior management. Requirements: SEND Experience: Proven experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Childcare Experience: Prior experience working with children in an educational, care, or youth work setting.
