Job Title: Business Development Manager Apprenticeships (4-day week) Location: Remote - with flexibility to travel as required for team meetings/events Salary: up to £32,000 + OTE (Take home salary, not pro rata!) Type: 4 DAY WEEK, Permanent - full-time salary for a 4-day week (compressed hours) Essential Criteria: The successful Business Development Manager will have proven experience of developing new business with SME s and Levy employers for Apprenticeship starts across one, or more of the following vocations: Health and Social Care / Childcare / Business Services. Strong CV that shows longevity as a BDM within the apprenticeship / skills arena Exceptional communication skills, with the desire and drive to succeed. Strong understanding of Apprenticeships funding criteria and Levy spending. Proven experience of generating own employer leads, negotiating / winning, and closing new business. Experience of working towards and achieving targets. Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel (as and when required) The Role: Proactively identify and engage with businesses, to promote our client''s offering of Health and Social Care Apprenticeship programmes.
