Fremantle Court in Stoke Mandeville, is a multi-award-winning and innovative care home, providing a light, modern and spacious living environment with 90 individual en-suite rooms and a QVC rating of ‘Good’. The beautiful outdoor space invites the local wildlife including deer, squirrels and birds which are much enjoyed by residents. Residents can also enjoy the scenic views of the Chiltern Hills. Our care home has many attractive communal areas, including a coffee shop, cinema and pitch and putt on-site along with many other facilities. There are superb community and local transport links with a bus stop outside the entrance, making it easy to travel to and from our Aylesbury care home.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for you to work as a care assistant making a real difference to our residents lives every day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use) we are looking for the right people to genuinely care for our residents and create a happy fulfilled life for them. Some days may be challenging but you will laugh, have fun and make lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family too, bringing kindness, exceptional care and dignity to our care homes.

Team and developmentWe are looking for both experienced carers and those that are new to care to build our teams with diverse people who can bring all sorts of life experience to the job. We provide induction training and support, with ongoing development opportunities for you to really build a career with us. You will be a great communicator and able to build relationships and positive working and living environments. We’d love you to love your job.
