No two days are ever the same. You ll work independently, think on your feet, and get stuck in across a wide range of environments.What You ll Be Doing: Visiting client sites across the North West to diagnose and resolve IT issuesTroubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity faultsInstalling and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsHandling networking issues: switches, routers, Wi-Fi, cablingPerforming basic firewall diagnostics (FortiGate skills = big plus!)Completing structured cabling, patch panels, and terminationsSupporting Windows OS and Windows ..... full job details .....
