Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a HVAC Construction Manager interested in opportunities on a contract basis, to be located in ReadingKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, organise, and supervise HVAC construction and installation activities on site.Coordinate with design engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing to verify compliance with specifications and standards.Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues during installation.Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
