Your new companyA well-established public sector organisation is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join their Employee Relations team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced HR function within a supportive environment.Your new roleAs an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of efficient HR services across the organisation. Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a wide range of HR and Employee Relations activities.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely and professional responsesProviding administrative support across Employee Relations processes and HR workflowsSupporting recruitment activity, including advertising roles, coordinating applications, and liaising with candidates and hiring managersManaging pre-employment checks and onboarding administration for new startersMaintaining and updating HR systems and employee records with accuracy and complianceAssisting in the preparation of employment contracts and HR correspondenceCalculating and managing annual leave entitlements, including pro rata adjustmentsSupporting internal HR processes such as recognition schemes and secondary employment requestsManaging document retention, including archiving and secure disposalCoordinating internal communications relating to staffing ..... full job details .....
