Learning Disabilities Support Worker
We are looking for a confident Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Glyn House. About The Role: We are currently recruiting for full-time working 42 hours a week (07:45 am till 08:00 pm, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Glyn House. The Service: Glyn House supports people with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural support needs. We provide specialist care and support which is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. This service provides specialist care for those on their care pathway from children''s to adult services. It also supports young adults who require highly tailored interventions to address their individual needs effectively.
