Description Lead and manage audit and accounts assignments from planning to completion.Review and prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations.Provide expert advice to clients on accounting and tax matters.Ensure the accurate and timely submission of financial reports.Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring professional development.Maintain strong client relationships and address client queries effectively.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and industry regulations.Initially the role will be circa 25% audit and 75% accounts/tax with a view to the audit portfolio growing over time.
