Managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts, our hotel features 244 well-appointed bedrooms, 10 conference and banqueting rooms, and three bustling restaurants. This role is for a Guest Service Associate who will manage day-to-day guest interactions and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day activities related to the guest experience from check-in to check-out and beyond.Provide information at the front desk, handle guest requests, and communicate using Marriott''s Guest Experience Platform.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest requests and a high-quality guest experience.Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.Benefits
