The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with NMC guidelines Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans Administering and managing medication safely Monitoring resident health and wellbeing Supporting and mentoring care staff Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN) Previous experience within a nursing home, elderly care or clinical setting Excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills A caring, compassionate and professional approach A genuine passion for ..... full job details .....
