PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be a project based out of their Castle Donington office working across projects across Midlands. Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvision of accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels to inform Group reportingCost management and project forecastingDrafting and updating a monthly CVR, cost and commercial plansResponsibility for subcontract procurement, negotiation and financial accountingEffectively manage contract and subcontract agreementsAbility to interrogate and challenge records, reports and cost dataMitigate commercial risk, identify and realise commercial opportunitiesWork with the wider project team to forecast predicted expenditure and cash recovery to ensure that both are in line with business unit expectationSenior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager RequirementsBSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related courseDemolition experience is essentialDemonstrable experience in monthly forecasting and cost analysisManagement experience is desirableExcellent communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft OfficeValid driving licenceSenior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager BenefitsSalary - 60,000 - 90,000 DOEBased in Castle Donington ..... full job details .....
