Reporting directly to the Group HSEQ Director, this position will play a central role in embedding a culture of compliance, performance excellence, and audit readiness across all parts of the organisation. Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will include: Conducting monthly scored QA audits across all sites and business units and ensuring non-conformances are closed out promptly.Liaising with third-party certification bodies and maintaining external accreditations and certifications.Leading the internal audit programme across multiple ISO standards (ISO 14001, 90011, 50001, 27001 and 45001).Advising project teams and operational managers on QA and compliance matters across construction, sustainability, training, transport, and health and safety.
