Pre-Litigation Fee Earner

with credit hire RTA experience to join our client’s growing legal team. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of pre-litigated files with autonomy and professionalism.The RoleManage a caseload of pre-litigated

credit hire RTA claims .Review and assess new instructions and progress files through negotiation and settlement.Prepare cases for litigation where necessary.Regularly communicate with clients, insurers, and third-party representatives.Ensure accurate and timely case progression in line with firm procedures and client expectations.The PersonMinimum 1 year’s experience in credit hire RTA work at a claimant law firm.Solid understanding of pre-action protocol and credit hire principles.Ability to prioritise a busy caseload and work to deadlines.Proactive, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service.Additional Info:Fully office-based role (no remote/hybrid working).Free on-site car parking.Clear progression opportunities and a friendly, team-oriented environment.
