Your new companyYou will be joining a multi-accredited and well-respected civil engineering contractor based in Leicester operating within the water industry. This established design and build contractor specialises in the delivery of clean and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects for major water providers, including the likes of Severn Trent Water. As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Senior Planner to join their team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Leicester office.Your new roleAs Senior Planner, you will take the lead in developing and managing robust project programmes across a portfolio of water schemes. Working closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and clients, you will:Produce detailed tender and construction programmes using industry-standard planning softwareDrive the planning function through the full project lifecycle, from early design to project deliveryAnalyse project data, risks and constraints to create accurate, achievable schedulesChallenge and support project teams to maintain programme integrity and identify critical pathsMonitor progress, prepare reports and present updates to senior stakeholdersProvide planning expertise to support bids, project reviews and operational strategyChampion best practice in project controls, time-risk analysis and digital construction.This role offers significant influence, visibility and the opportunity to shape the successful ..... full job details .....
