This is a hands-on role for a skilled machinist with a strong background in CNC operations and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines to produce complex precision components to exacting tolerances and specifications. Interpret CAD drawings and set up machining processes accordingly. Perform tooling changes and adjustments to optimise machining performance. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak efficiency. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production cycle. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company standards. Candidate Profile: Proven proficiency in FANUC / HAAS controls. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Confident in using mathematical skills for measurements and calculations. Good verbal and written communication skills. Manual turning experience beneficial but not essential Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
