The Role As the Quality Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Manager to ensure the company adheres to the latest quality standards. You''ll oversee the accuracy and availability of quality documentation, assist in investigating non-compliance issues, and ensure that corrective actions are effectively addressed. You ll work collaboratively with departments such as Production, Quality Control (QC), and Research and Development (RandD) to drive continual improvement and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). This is a vital position that combines attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build productive relationships across the organisation. Quality Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities: Maintain and accurately complete all required documentation within deadlines. Ensure compliance with QMS procedures and assist with management reviews. Support and coordinate the internal audit schedule. Assist in preparing data for regular non-conformance reviews, including monitoring customer complaints and QMS objectives. Collaborate with the Production team to establish and maintain quality standards. Monitor and analyse quality performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
