Your role will involve:Helping young people develop life skills and confidenceSupporting access to education, training, and employmentBuilding trusting relationships and offering compassionate guidanceResponding to challenges and contributing to safeguarding plansShiftsThis is a 24-hour rota role, where staff remain on site throughout the entire shift, including an overnight sleep-in period. Shifts include evenings, overnight cover, weekends, and early mornings, with sleep-ins paid at £52.78 per night.2:30pm - 10:30pmSleep in 10:30pm - 7:30am7:30am - 3:30pmAbout YouYou will be empathetic, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
