TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to work on projects in Sheffield for an established main contractor with a great reputation. Projects typically valued up to £10m and vary from Schools, Offices and Hotels to Care homes and retirement living. This opportunity has become available to a very busy pipeline of work, with more to come, it’s a fantastic time to join.
 
With over 100 years of trading history, this long-established, stable and respected contractor has a very busy pipeline of work and is looking for a number of operational candidates to join the business.

The Role:

• Manage and enforce Health and Safety
• Quality monitoring
• Subcontractor management
• Manage day to day activity
• Programme management

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Experience on new build schemes up to £30m
• Longevity in permanent roles
• Good communication skills
• IT Literate
