Assisting with personal care and mobility needs where necessary. Promoting inclusion and helping pupils engage in tailored learning activities. Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement EHCPs. Creating a safe and stimulating environment that encourages confidence and independence. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working in an SEN setting, preferably with complex needs. Resilient, empathetic, and patient nature.
