You will have a sound knowledge of general Property and Landlord and Tenant Law as well as experience in more complicated Development orientated matters. The Council has a large Retail and Office portfolio, making good experience of transactional work in these areas essential but you will be prepared to assist in other areas as required.You should be enthusiastic, confident, organised and be able to work on your own initiative.
