This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on candidate management, filling bookings, and delivering a high level of service to existing clients. You''ll be on the phone all day-speaking with candidates, managing availability, filling shifts, and keeping things moving when priorities change. Key Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Industrial roles(warehouse, production, pick/pack, hygiene, FLT, etc.) High-volume CV screening, interviewing, and shortlisting Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and social media Filling daily and weekly bookings-confirming availability and getting workers to site Speaking with candidates constantly: interviews, shift bookings, attendance checks, and ongoing engagement Coordinating start dates, shift details, inductions, and last-minute cover Building and maintaining strong relationships with workers and internal stakeholders Ensuring CRM accuracy and full compliance (RTW checks, ..... full job details .....
